Enquiry by Design (EBD) Draft Urban Framework Plan - Now Available

The EBD Draft Urban Framework Plan (13/02/09) is a draft plan resulting from the Mount Peter Enquiry by Design (EBD) Workshop held 9 - 13 February 2009.
This draft plan will inform the Structure Plan through further refinement over the coming months. This plan is not endorsed by Queensland Government or Cairns Regional Council.
The Draft Urban Framework Plan should be viewed in conjunction with the Mount Peter EBD Outcomes Report,which gives background to how the plan was developed and what it represents.
